Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How does it work?

With our apprenticeship programme, you’ll gain hands-on, real-world experience while studying part-time towards a recognised qualification.

Alongside a line manager to report to, you’ll be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and answer any questions you have throughout the programme.

What will I get out of the programme?

Without sounding cheesy, you really get out of it what you put in.

We’ll give you all the skills, the knowledge and the resources you need to succeed. But it’s up to you to apply them.

And, depending on your apprenticeship role, you’ll have solid knowledge in electrical, mechanical and electronic engineering domains, as well as moving and installing complex, high-technology equipment. As well as the potential to join the team permanently.

Which qualifications do I need?

Our apprenticeship programmes generally require:

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C Or above)
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C Or above)
What do you expect from me throughout the programme?

We want you to give 100% every single day.

You’ll be working alongside and learning from some of the UK’s most knowledgeable, driven and ambitious experts in their fields. We expect the same passion, energy and enthusiasm from you as our team members show every day.

But above all, treat everyone around you with kindness and respect.
