We’ve been supporting young people to build their engineering careers alongside their studies since 1991.

Our apprenticeships are an opportunity to gain real-world, hands-on experience in the field, as well as learn from some of the most knowledgeable minds in the industry. 

Throughout the programme, we equip our apprentices with all the skills and knowledge they need with regards to electrical, mechanical and electronic engineering domains, as well as moving and installing complex, high-technology equipment.

We believe in building a better world for everyone. As part of that, we dedicate time to supporting charities through fundraising. 

For example, we recently put our hamstrings to the test at our 12-hour Cyclothon in aid of Sports Relief, as well as braving the 25 km walk as part of the Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge in aid of various charities. 

We’re also avid supporters of Macmillan Coffee Mornings (transforming specialist engineers into budding bakers with our competitive company-wide bake-off challenges) and Brave the Shave for Macmillan Cancer Support. 

Finally, we’re big believers in giving back to our local communities, evidenced through our ongoing sponsorship of Dings Crusaders RFC, as well as Calne Town FC.
